Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

The right of withdrawal can be exercised, in accordance with current European laws, in connection with the purchase of any product on RFID.IT, with the exception of:

• products customized specifically for customer, in printing, dimensions or specific features;
• products encoded and locked specifically for customer;
• services, such as RFID Tags' encoding;
• "disposable" items that have already been used.

About returning products

• Products must be sent back within 14 days from delivery day
• Returning products must be in good condition, not damaged or worn
• The shipping cost for returning products is up to the customer

About your refund

• It will be refunded the purchase amount, net of any fees, customs duties, and shipping costs, within 30 days from your request.
• We withhold the reimbursement until we have received the product.
• Reimbursement may be made through refund, discount code, or replacement with other products (according to customer's preference).
• Restocking fee: in case of customer's error or reconsideration, 5% of the order amount will be deducted from the refund (min. restocking fee: 15 €).

Damaged or broken products / Products different from the ones ordered

All products are tested before use. We suggest to always examine the parcel before receiving it from the courier. If, however, you have received damaged or not working products, or products not corresponding to the ones you ordered, please contact us via email, possibly attaching a picture or a video.
