      Containers made of ESD (Electro Static Discharge) plastic or conductive polypropylene allow the safe storage and transport of sensitive electronic components. Confidex ESD On Metal labels are engineered with an innovative design optimized for ESD plastic surfaces.

      They are made to offer durability and excellent reading performance. On ETSI frequencies, they can reach a reading distance of 7 meters on ESD plastic, 9 meters on metal and 5 meters on liquid containers.

      When it comes to durability, these labels can withstand immersion, temperature peaks of 110°C, and exposure to various harsh chemicals. Therefore, they can tolerate washing with standard solvents. The permanent adhesive they are equipped with adheres with excellent results on any surface, including ESD plastic.

      The white PET surface can be customized with monochrome printing using resin ribbon.

      Confidex ESD On Metal labels are equipped with Impinj Monza 4E chip, with 496 bit EPC.

      No physical or performance changes after exposure to:

      • 168 hours of exposure to engine oil
      • 168 hours of exposure to salt water (10% salinity)
      • 168 hours of exposure to sulfuric acid (10%, pH 2)
      • 30 minutes of NaOH exposure (10%, pH 13)

       

      Environmental resistance

      • Peak temperature: 110°C for 10 minutes
      • Operating temperature: from -35°C to +85°C
      • Storage temperature: from -35°C to +85°C

       

      It can be supplied both in ETSI and FCC versions.
